I got this e-mail yesterday....
"This is to inform you that the Screening Board has now completed its review of the applications received for the Senate Page Program – 2005 Recruitment Campaign and we are pleased to inform you that your application has been accepted."
Yay! That totally made my day! My mom was happy for me and even Heather,my manager was all 'that's super!' (surprisingly), but all my dad could say was,'Do you know how many scholarships you could miss out on here if you do that?' and 'Isn't that going to be too expensive?' Thanks dad.
Oh well. I'm still happy. I just have to talk to Dunkley or DeMoissac and get a time and place to do the written exam: stuff about the senate, current affairs, that sort of thing. I am so excited!!
